Pteri Explorer Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pteri, a suite of blockchain-based products and services provided by Kakr Platform Inc., a Delaware-based corporation. This Terms of Service (“TOS”) governs your use of Pteri, LiaaS, and the Pteri Explorer , collectively referred to as the “Services.” By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this TOS and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Overview

2.1 Pteri

Pteri is a blockchain-based platform designed to facilitate decentralized processes, including data deployment and management. Pteri offers tools such as the Pteri Explorer to enhance transparency and efficiency in blockchain operations.

2.2 LiaaS (Litecoin as a Service)

LiaaS is a service that simplifies blockchain integration for businesses, specifically focusing on the Litecoin blockchain. It enables businesses to transition from Web2 to Web3 by offering a suite of tools, including AI-assisted development features, that streamline blockchain adoption and utilization.

2.3 Pteri Explorer

Pteri Explorer is a tool that provides insights into decentralized data and allows users to verify records and transactions. It is a critical component of the Pteri suite, ensuring transparency and security in blockchain operations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kakr Platform Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kakr Platform Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this TOS or your use of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Kakr Platform Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this TOS.

12. Termination

Kakr Platform Inc. may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any terms of this TOS. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

This TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this TOS will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

14. Changes to the Terms of Service

Kakr Platform Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this TOS at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to this TOS constitutes acceptance of those changes.
