Pteri Explorer Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Pteri Explorer ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended solely for viewing and retrieving information available on Proof of Work blockchains. Any use of the Platform that is inconsistent with its purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and other materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Pteri Quantum LLC, a subsidiary of Kakr Labs, and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Obligations

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Misrepresenting their identity or affiliations.
• Using the Platform for illegal activities.
• Introducing malicious software or conducting attacks on the Platform's infrastructure.
• Attempting to retrieve information not intended for general public view.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Pteri Explorer, Kakr Labs, or its affiliates be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the Platform.

6. Third-party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Pteri Explorer does not control, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Changes to ToS

Pteri Explorer reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the current ToS.

8. Termination

Pteri Explorer reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform for users who violate these ToS.

9. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of the use of the Platform shall be governed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pteri Quantum LLC is registered.
